  • Shipping Fees

    We offer FREE SHIPPING over $70 purchase within Auckland Area.

    Out of Auckland (North Island)

    - $10.00 Standard Parcel

    Out of Auckland (North Island)

    - $20.00 Oversized Parcel

    South Island

    - $20.00 Standard Parcel

    *NOTE: Oversized shipping to South Island Area is unavailable.

  • Order Tracking

    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • ProcessingTime

    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are high volumes of orders or any potential delays, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Standard Shipping: Usually arrives within 3-5 business days within Auckland region, 5-10 business days out of Auckland.

    Please note these times are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

  • Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

    For any 'change of mind' returns, you will need to responsible for your own shipping costs.

    For all exchanges, please send us an email at kumapetsnz@gmail.com and we will advise the process.

  • Refunds/ Credits

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your debit/credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card
    issuer's policies.

  • Returns

    You have 14 working days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

    1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
    3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your 'change of mind' item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of
    return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
